Having graduated from the London School of Economics in 2003, Badar spent 11 years in the Audit profession working for Deloitte  LLP for their  North East Practice, completing the ACA qualification in 2007. He has experience working with highest levels of management assisting them with accounting for acquisitions and start-ups, disposals and GAAP transitions as well as acting as a technical reviewer on US accounting and Sarbanes Oxley engagements.

 

Badar founded the firm in 2015 and now works for a range of clients -  from entrepreneurial start-ups to businesses with a turnover in excess of £500 million. Recent engagements have been assisting a Yorkshire Legal Practice in completing their financial statements and Statement of Affairs after administration, leading the transition to IFRS for a multi-national Healthcare business and global consumer floorcare and kitchen appliance provider,  and assisting three listed businesses through the year end process. Most recently, he has been responsible for leading the Finance and Operations functional unit of a new technology start-up.
